Terms and Conditions for Donations – Oslo Sanatan Mandir

1. Parties to the Agreement This agreement is for recurring donations to:

2. About the Donation Agreement By setting up a recurring payment agreement via Vipps, you agree to support Oslo Sanatan Mandir with a self-selected amount to be deducted automatically at the frequency you have chosen (e.g., monthly). Your donation supports the organisations operations, religious activities, and community maintenance.

3. Payment and Deductions The amount is deducted from the payment card or account registered in your Vipps app. The first deduction occurs upon entering the agreement, and subsequent deductions occur on the same date in the following periods. No hidden fees are charged to the donor.

4. Changes and Cancellation You have full control over your donation agreement at all times:

• Cancellation: You can cancel the agreement at any time and without notice directly in the Vipps app under "Profile" -> "Payments" -> "Recurring Payments".

• Changes: You can change the amount or pause the agreement within the app whenever you wish.

• The agreement remains active until you cancel it, or until your payment card expires without being updated.

5. Right of Withdrawal Donations are generally not considered a purchase of goods/services. However, we follow best practices. If a deduction has been made by mistake, please contact us, and we will issue a refund.

6. Privacy and Personal Data Oslo Sanatan Mandir processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• We receive necessary information from Vipps to administer the agreement.

• Tax Deduction (Norway): If you wish to receive a tax deduction for your donations, you must provide us with your Norwegian national identity number (fødselsnummer). We will then report the total annual amount to the Norwegian Tax Administration (Skatteetaten).
